The Honest Athlete ("we", "us", "our") operates a performance-first conditioning engine. We collect minimal biometric data (Heart Rate, Age, Weight) and nutritional data exclusively to provide real-time bio-feedback and clinical performance insights.
Currently, all profile data and session history are stored locally on your device's storage (LocalStorage). We do not transmit your heart rate or nutritional logs to our servers unless you explicitly opt-in to cloud synchronization features.
Our "Fuel AI" feature utilizes the Google Gemini API to analyze food images. When you scan a meal, the image is transmitted to Google for analysis. Google's use of this data is governed by their own privacy policies.
As a UK/EU user, you have full rights under GDPR to access, rectify, or delete your data. Since your data is stored locally, you can clear all records at any time by clearing your browser cache or using the "Reset Profile" feature within the app.
